Enrolling your Child

To reserve your child's spot in our program we will need a signed Parent Agreement Form and your $100 enrollment fee. 

*Checks can be made out to: Bubbles & Blocks Child Development Center.  

Once we have received these two items your child's spot is reserved. 

The Parent Agreement Form can be found picked up at any Bubbles & Blocks location. All additional forms must be completed before your child can attend our care.  We will also need an up-to-date copy of your child's immunization record before they can attend.
